Refund Policy

Galance comes with a free 14-day trial of the full app on every Mac, so you can be sure it’s right for you before you buy.

Purchases are final

Because you can try everything before paying, licenses are not refundable once purchased, except as described below or where the law requires it.

When we refund

• You were charged more than once for the same license.
• Galance doesn’t work on your Mac and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time.
• You have a refund or withdrawal right under the consumer law of your country.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your order number (or the email you used) and what happened. You can also find your order on paddle.net.

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

A refunded license is deactivated, and Galance returns to its trial state on your Macs.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
